Objective

The objective of this new feature is to introduce the concept of a "Client" in the RG System dashboard hierarchy, in order to:

  • Provide more detailed structuring of nodes

  • Enrich the information available about end clients

  • Facilitate monitoring and use of agent consumption data

  • Improve the clarity of export files for billing purposes

Key Features

Converting a Node into a Client

It is now possible to convert any existing node into a Client.

To perform this action, simply click the "Convert this node into a client" button, available for each of your nodes in the hierarchy.

This operation allows you to:

Enter company-specific information

  • Company name

  • Address

  • Email

  • Phone number

Add a reference contact

  • First and last name

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Role

Agent consumption data will then be directly linked to this client, allowing for better tracking and billing management.

Reversibility (Client → Node)

You can also revert a client back into a regular node.
⚠️ Warning: This action permanently deletes all client- and contact-related data. It will be lost irreversibly. However, you may convert the node back into a client later and re-enter the information if needed.

Client Management

Client List

A new "Clients" tab is now available:

  • In the pedigree of the node (if it has not been converted into a client), or

  • Directly within the client's pedigree

This tab allows you to:

  • View all clients defined in the hierarchy

  • Export client data for further processing (e.g., analysis, billing, reporting)

Consumption Export

Once clients are defined, all consumption from their associated agents is centralized under their respective client entity.
This makes it possible to generate clear and structured consumption exports, organized by client, to simplify the billing process.
