The "Reports" feature allows you to generate detailed and customizable summaries based on your activity data.
Content
Each newly created report contains general information about the status of your device fleet. This data provides a summary and breakdown of the types of machines in your fleet, an overview of active critical tickets, and a pedigree-style list of agents for the selected node.
Each piece of data in the report is represented by a "card" that includes the data title, a visual indicator of data representation, and filters for agent/platform types applied.
Modify the Content
It is entirely possible to modify or remove the data that makes up your report during its creation and enrich it with additional available data.
To do so, click the "Edit Data" button.
You will then access the data widget library, which includes seven categories:
- General
- Ticket
- Backup
- Pedigree
- Assist
- App Manager
- Cybersecurity
Each category contains different data widgets that you can customize to best tailor your report.
When adding a widget, you can define its target agents in the configuration:
- The agent type(s) (workstations / servers)
- Operating system (Windows / MacOS / Linux / ESX)
- Other Platforms (Microsoft 365 / Device & Device SNMP)
Finally, you can arrange the order of data widgets in the summary by using drag-and-drop. This order will determine how the data is displayed in the final PDF.
