Limits

• One-year retention for users deleted from the Microsoft 365 organization.
  
  
• Consumption, license and user data are delayed by up to 48 hours.
  
  
• It is possible to delete an entire organization (final at d+7), but in this case all saved data will be deleted and inaccessible (without retention).
  
  
• To recreate the organization (if you subscribe to a lower package), you must wait 7 days before restarting backups on the same organization.
  
  
• To view the volume of data per user, you need to connect to the Microsoft administration interface.
  
  
• Files detected as malicious by Microsoft are not backed up and generate an error.
