What is Zapier?
Zapier is an automation tool that connects different applications to automate repetitive tasks.
It works by creating "Zaps," which are automatic workflows linking various online services, allowing them to collaborate without needing to write any code.
The intuitive interface lets you choose which applications will interact with each other, define triggers and actions, and create your custom flows to set up automations.

How to connect your RG account in Zapier?
If you're setting up RG System for the first time in your Zapier account, you'll need to connect your RG System account by clicking on the "Account" button, then "Connect a new account."
Use your RG System dashboard login credentials to link your account.
Note: If you access your RG System dashboard via SSO authentication, we recommend temporarily disabling it to link your RG account to Zapier (requires standard authentication).
Finally, click "Yes, continue to RG System" to complete the connection. Once linked, your RG System account will be available for selection in the accounts list.
All that's left is to create your first "Zaps."
