Assist agent rollout. From now on, for each channel you have in your RG System account, you will have a pool of 50 Assist agents available for deployment on any machine in your environment. These agents allow remote access sessions with or without approval. However, they do not send any real-time monitoring information. Their purpose is to let you reference machines you need to access remotely without supervising them. These agents are included in the Assist product at no additional cost.
