Assist

Using Assist with the Firefox browser no longer allows copy/paste to the remote machine. We recommend using another browser that supports this feature (such as Chrome or Edge).
Authentication

If a security policy has been applied to your account and two-factor authentication (2FA) is required, an information banner will now appear on your user profile page to notify you.
As a result, you will no longer be able to fully remove 2FA and will need to choose between the authenticator app or SMS method.
