Authentication

[New Feature]

API Tokens are now available on the My Profile page. You can autonomously create API Tokens to authenticate and use the RG System APIs.

You must have your account's API key to create an authentication Token. For more details on this new feature, click here.

Assist

[New Feature]

Use right elevation during your "Agentless" remote access sessions. Become an administrator on the machines to access features normally restricted to the current user session. This new feature allows autonomy and improves efficiency during remote interventions.

[Fix]

Occasional connection drops could hinder the use of Assist. These have been corrected.

RMM

[Fix]

Monitoring of all services failed when a service description was changed. This has now been corrected.

OFFICE 365

[Fix]

The search and navigation in backups have been stabilized. Searches will no longer be interrupted when switching tabs in the dashboard.

APP MANAGER

[Fix]

Auto-focus on the updates version during the page load for app selection has been fixed to allow for smooth navigation during the loading of cards (applications).

DEVICE SNMP

[New Feature]

It is now possible to know for a given SNMP Device the identities of the last interrogating agents and the date they were updated.
